Terms & Conditions of Booking:
- No Smoking is permitted within the igloo’s
- Pets are permitted inside the Igloo’s however, not permitted within the restaurant
- Busaba Kingston do not accept loss , theft or damage to personal items left by guests, these are left at the guests own risk
- By booking and paying the deposit, the guest thereby commits to the minimum spend applied
- 72 hours’ prior full refund
- Less than 72 hours but 48 hours’ prior guests allowed to move to restaurant to use the deposit in one booking or book next available Igloo slot.
- Less than 48 hours’ prior deposit lost and retained by Busaba, no re-booking permitted
- In the event that Busaba are unable to honour the booking (weather, damage, maintenance, gas or electrical) we will offer a full refund to the guests or first priority to book next available slot in the Igloo or Restaurant.
- Busaba will hold tables for up to 30 mins after this time the booking will be lost and deposits retained
- An optional 12.5% service charge will be applied to the final bill
